What is your return policy if I change my mind?
We offer a 14-day hassle-free return period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a refund, subject to a collection fee.
Is the furniture delivered fully assembled?
Many of our ranges, such as our solid oak collections, are delivered fully assembled. However, some items like dining tables and beds require minimal self-assembly. Check the 'Product Specifications' section on each page for details.
